Position Summary

As a Content Operations Associate at Studio71, you will play a vital support role in Studio71's content distribution business, including digital supply chain administration and content creator support. You will work on improvements to monetization and copyright protection for our clients across social media and video hosting platforms.This role reports to the Associate Director of Content Operations, within the Business Operations department.

Responsibilities:

• Execute actions in line with the company's content protection strategy in service of creators’ unique needs
• Represent Studio71’s distribution capabilities in client-facing correspondence
• Assert Studio71’s video rights in User Generated Content on Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Serve as a support contact for operational issues pertaining to specific partner requests
• Evaluate and resolve copyright disputes and third-party claims across platforms
• Maintain quality assurance of audiovisual media delivered to platforms such as YouTube and Facebook
• Develop a personal expertise in the information, knowledge, and current events of the creator industry

Experience & Skills:

• You are a college graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in digital media and entertainment
• You have some awareness of the economics of YouTube and other digital video platforms
• You have a working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Monday.com
• You have an interest in copyright administration and how it applies to the YouTube ecosystem
• You have a personal passion and respect for professional content creators

Bonus:

• Existing YouTube Content Ownership and/or Asset Monetization certifications
• Previous operations experience at a multi-channel network, media distributor, or content creator agency
• Prior hands-on exposure to YouTube’s Content Management System
• Experience using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc. to process large data sets
