Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate prompt, timely and engaging communication through digital channels that deepens engagement level between our brand and our sales prospects, guests and owners/customers.
  • Works with the Marketing team and Sales Executives to create and design all prospect-based email marketing campaigns through email marketing programs.
  • Coordinates all local media efforts, which includes press release distribution and advertising in newspapers, magazines, real estate books, billboards, etc.
  • Assists Social Media Manager with social media content creation, posting, monitoring, and training for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties.
  • Manage performance analysis, tracking and reporting for email marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains and coordinates all website updates for new property listings.
  • Coordinate all external monthly and quarterly reporting for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties.
  • Serves as the liaison for Sales Executives in regards to any marketing needs and their digital presence.
  • Coordinates all paid social and search engine marketing campaigns for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties.
  • Coordinates all graphic design work for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties through relationships with designers and agencies.
  • Coordinates all direct mailings for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties and their Sales Executives.
  • Maintains all collateral and marketing documents for the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties sales team via digital links and local intranet management.
  • Oversee compliance with brand and real estate commission guidelines for all Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties marketing materials.
  • Assists with special departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of applicable marketing experience, preferably in real estate, with demonstrated expertise in email marketing, social media, media planning and marketing strategy.
  • Experience in a marketing or communications agency, in-house marketing department or similar environment, preferably administering digital-based marketing programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Working knowledge of all Social Media platforms and Management Systems such as Hootsuite or Sprout.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, PremierPro and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing systems.
  • Good working knowledge of common business software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communications skills along with a high level of writing ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills; experience in managing and leading projects autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources.
  • Experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.


Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
This position pays $18.00 + Depending on Experience.
