We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Studio Coordinator’s to join our team! The primary role of the Studio Coordinator is to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting studio operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have interest in wellness and create a welcoming experience for all customers and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Concierge: Make every guest feel welcomed. Anticipating guest needs and making necessary adjustments to enhance their experience. Build rapport with customers to foster a supportive community atmosphere, recognizing and addressing their individual needs.
- Sharing Our Story: Articulate the "WHY" behind Breathe Degrees and our practices, effectively communicating our mission and values to guests.
- First Timer Journey: Guide customers through their initial experience at Breathe Degrees informing them about our practices.
- Instructor Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between customers and instructors, facilitating communication and ensuring a seamless experience during classes and sessions.
- Customer Account Support: Address questions and concerns related to memberships, reservation changes, refunds, and sales
Sales and Membership Education
- Membership Knowledge: Actively promote and sell memberships and retail items. Maintain extensive knowledge of our special membership offerings, policies, and benefits to educate guests and increase conversion rates. We use
MarianaTek software. Knowledge of this program is helpful.
Studio Flow & Class Support
- Studio Setup and Maintenance: Assist with room changes between classes by efficiently lifting and putting away mats. Be keenly aware of the studio schedule to prepare for fast-paced transitions between classes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Guest Adjustments: Provide nurturing and effective neck/shoulder adjustment to guests during breath class. Training will be available.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Ensure studio towels and supplies are placed and sorted correctly. Maintain dry floors throughout. Support light cleaning and re-stocking duties to maintain clean and orderly environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the studio for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, lift, and use manual strength.
- Using “China Gel” products on customer’s skin during neck adjustments.
- CPR certification is preferred, but not required.
Availability
Minimum of 2 shifts per week. We have AM, Mid and PM shifts. Opening and closing shifts are 5:15am open and 9:45pm close.
