Job Description

An employer is looking to hire a User Experience Research Operations Manager to support a project for process optimization, tool and artifact management, operations and metrics, as well as advocacy and education. This person will be responsible for deploying and managing these services related to a variety of critical customer experience marketing requirements. The project includes research process infrastructure, repository setup, operations framework, training and enablement program, governance and compliance.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in User Experience Research

• experience with a variety of UX research testing methods

• experience with Program or Project management

• experience with building documents supporting

company UX best practices, strategies, repositories, SOPs

and manuals.
