The Apple Human Interface Design team conceptualizes, designs and ships the user experience for Apple products and features used by billions of people across the world. The Design Studio is looking for a strong Executive Assistant to partner with the Head of our Producer Team along with providing support for several Senior Producers.
Description
This role is for a strategic EA Human Interface Design team. The candidate also joins a strong group of EAs responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Design Studio at large. - Serve as strategic partner to those you support, proactively thinking through days and weeks, helping with prioritization of critical projects and adjusting priorities as needed Strategic calendar management of multiple dynamic calendars - Coordination of weekly SVP Design meetings - Preparation for meetings with appropriate check-ins and follow through - Superior written communication skills: drafting emails, agendas, meeting notes, etc - Assist with special projects related to space planning, design awards, and other areas as needed - Plan and support team events throughout the year, bringing creativity and attention to detail to team activities - Represent the Studio with integrity, discretion, diplomacy all while being an ambassador for Design culture at Apple

AA or BS degree preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives. Working in a creative environment a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
