Motion Recruitment is hiring: Web Marketing Manager in Plano

Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Web Marketing Manager to join their team in Plano, TX!

**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

As the Web Marketing Manager, you will make content updates and build new web experiences using your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in our content authoring platform to deliver new web experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Understand digital acquisition business performance and web KPIs, and effectively analyze data to create actionable insights, drive informed decisions, and accelerate business growth
• Work with a team of visual designers, copywriters, and segment marketers to optimize digital customer journeys
• Leverage effective project management skills to drive web execution of digital marketing initiatives
• Leverage prospect and customer input, site and business data, industry best practices, and prior test results to generate data-driven insights for creating testable hypotheses

Desired Skills:

• 6 years of web marketing or digital marketing experience (ideally at an eCommerce and/or SaaS business)
• Expert in HTML, CSS - JavaScript a plus.
• Experience in working in content management systems-CMS (AEM, WordPress, Drupal, etc)
• Experience driving significant conversion and revenue growth through experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, sequential testing, multi-arm bandit testing)
• Working knowledge of Figma
