As a Technical Writer Intern with SITUSAMC Technology Operations Office you will work across our technology organization to develop and standardize documentation, references and architectural diagram. Essential Job Functions: + Work with the Sr Technical Writer to develop documentation: Write, edit, and maintain user guides, API references, FAQs, and online help content that simplify complex technical information + Support the creation of engaging content using visuals, examples, and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features, and functionality, Adhere to standards, style guides and best practices. + Ensure Accessibility by Structuring content for diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and business users. + Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and user feedback. + Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of SitusAMC + Other tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Enrolled in accredited Bachelor's or Master's Program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Communications, English or related field + 0-6 months of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist supporting a Technology or Software Development, Product Implementation or Program Management team + Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, API's tools and services, systems/architectural diagrams a plus+ Familiarity with agile development + Familiarity with document control/management systems + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent writing, ed To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
