Omnichannel Home improvement Lead Strategist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Omnichannel Lead Strategist to generate and nurture leads across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role is critical in driving business growth by leveraging a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound marketing, paid advertising, social media, networking, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, digital marketing, direct outreach, and sales funnel optimization to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy that includes digital (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and traditional (events, direct mail, cold calls, referrals) methods.
- Identify, test, and optimize new lead sources to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Create and manage targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email/SMS automation).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Improve website SEO and conversion rates to increase organic lead flow.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential leads.
- Utilize CRM and automation tools to track, score, and follow up with leads.
Traditional Lead Generation & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain local partnerships with realtors, builders, and insurance adjusters to generate referral leads.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to establish brand presence and collect leads.
- Develop door-to-door and direct mail campaigns for targeted outreach.
- Set up customer referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics (cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, etc.).
- Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and targeting to improve performance.
- Use data insights to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Monday.com CRM.
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation (cold calling, email, SMS, networking).
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and sales funnel performance.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
