As

Growth Marketing Lead

at Charta Health, you will be at the forefront of expanding our brand presence, driving demand generation, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, paid media, and LinkedIn, while ensuring cohesive messaging through collaboration with our PR firm. You will play a critical role in scaling Charta Health’s marketing strategy, working cross-functionally to enhance brand awareness, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable business growth. Specifically, you will: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility for Charta Health’s digital presence. Evaluate, test, and optimize marketing channels (organic and paid) to determine the most effective mix for demand generation. Oversee and refine Webflow website updates, ensuring seamless UX, strong conversion paths, and brand consistency (Webflow experience is a plus). Work alongside our PR firm to create and implement a LinkedIn content and engagement strategy, aligning with broader marketing initiatives. Leverage HubSpot for lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign automation (HubSpot experience is a plus). Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and iterate on strategies to achieve + report on continuous growth. About You

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare tech, SaaS, or B2B industries. Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization, and multi-channel marketing. Experience evaluating and optimizing paid and organic channels to drive demand. Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and execution. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently. Plus:

Experience managing Webflow websites, with a keen eye for UX and performance. Plus:
