Serve as the Strategic HR Business Partner accountable for the delivery of all HR plans and strategies for multiple global corporate and reservations business units to support the achievement of business plans and objectives. Provide expert level HR guidance and support and participate in the development of business unit plans and programs as a strategic partner particularly from the perspective of the impact on people. Partners with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver effective HR plans and continually improve and develop field based (i.e. Hotels, Reservation centers) HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Provide HR expertise and coaching to field HR management and staff. Your day to day Executive Coaching—Coaches and influences leaders from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively challenges their behaviors/actions. Impact and influence of senior leaders to drive thought processes and planning around people strategy. Workforce Planning—Forecasts and creates data scenarios on business unit requirements to inform the Talent Acquisition team on needed resources. Influence the formation of the Talent Acquisition business plan and work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the plan to assigned business units. Undertakes senior recruitment campaigns assignments within the Business unit as required. Change Management—Drives and facilitates change by being a change advisor and implementer for Business Leaders. Talent Management – Identify High Potentials and Performers, develop programs to enhance development and retention, determine short- and long-term succession plans for multiple business units. Coordinate with Sr level executives on these plans and influence them to lead and drive their respective talent agendas. Business Required Projects—Facilitates medium to long term change initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Undertakes project work in support of the broader business organization and HR team. Leads and represents HR function in transformational projects at EC level. Performance Effectiveness: Promotes IHG’s performance management process and policies by ensuring Leadership awareness of the return of investment to the business when applying proactive performance management solutions. Use key data to analyze trends, providing recommendations and solutions to the business to improve their overall performance metrics. What we need from you Strong technical expertise and experience as an HR Generalist or in operational HR roles, with a successful history of creating value-added HR solutions. Experience in supporting global workforces and collaborating with diverse cultures worldwide. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, organizational change, HR strategy development, and performance effectiveness, along with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills across various cultures and countries. Demonstrated ability to partner with businesses to understand and align with their priorities, principles, and practices, showcasing a solid understanding of organizational and business dynamics. Proven senior-level project management experience, capable of overseeing multiple large and complex global initiatives while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence or support projects on a global scale. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $165,000. This role is bonus eligible for bonus pay.
