We are seeking an experienced Training and Communications Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum, creating training materials, and managing the field communications calendar.

Training and Communications Manager - Global Shop in Shop Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering. Manage the field communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders. Develop and implement certification programs to recognize employee achievements and promote professional development. Manage and maintain the wiki and other communications vehicles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in training and development or a related field. Experience in creating engaging and interactive training materials. Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy. Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Facilitation and presentation skills. Experience with project management tools and techniques. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
