Role Overview In the capacity of Senior Product Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of the Peripheral Vascular portfolio, guiding it through all stages of the product lifecycle—from initial concept and development to launch and ongoing market optimization. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and formulation of product strategies that are in sync with prevailing market demands. Your contributions will significantly influence the success trajectory of our vascular solutions. Key Responsibilities Formulate and implement product strategies that resonate with market requirements and align with business objectives. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through to post-launch enhancements. Direct product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to foster market acceptance. Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, unmet needs, and avenues for growth. Ensure timely achievement of product development milestones and successful go-to-market initiatives. Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting insights from healthcare professionals, KOLs, and end-users. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers and industry influencers to guide product development. Lead customer-focused initiatives, including product demonstrations, workshops, and attendance at trade shows. Utilize customer feedback to improve existing products and uncover new opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, quality, and R&D teams to synchronize product strategies and execution. Provide product training and support to sales teams, ensuring effective product positioning. Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution. Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on product performance and strategic initiatives. Manage collaboration with external partners, vendors, and agencies. Required Skills A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a comparable role within the medical device or healthcare sector. Demonstrated experience in managing the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to post-market optimization. Strong leadership capabilities and project management expertise, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams. Proficient in developing and executing product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market approaches. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
