Actively engage with community leaders, schools, organizations, and families to build relationships and promote awareness of our services. Identify and connect with families of children facing emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them understand and access available support services. Attend and organize outreach events, workshops, and meetings to network with families and community partners. Serve as a compassionate and approachable point of contact for families, walking them through the service intake process. Translate promotional materials, documents, and client communications into Spanish to ensure accessibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services provided are culturally sensitive and meet client needs. Report on outreach activities, progress, and community feedback to management. Qualifications
Fluent in English and preferably Spanish (spoken and written). Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with diverse communities. Strong knowledge of local communities and cultural practices. Previous experience in community outreach, client services, or working with families is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player. Strong organizational skills and follow-through. Preferred Skills
