Position Summary

The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Strategy, Communications, Enrollment, and Marketing unit by providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient and effective execution of team initiatives. This role manages budgets in Concur, coordinates schedules, and provides assistance for ongoing projects. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the mission and goals of Concordia University Wisconsin and Ann Arbor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage and track unit budgets through Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and provide logistical support for team events and initiatives. Maintain and organize records of invoices, vendor contracts, and other financial documentation. Act as a primary administrative contact for internal and external inquiries. Assist with special projects and event planning to support department goals. Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, organizing files, and ordering supplies. Because the unit is collaborative and dynamic, on occasion, other duties may be assigned. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., Concur) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required. Prior administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or higher education environment Experience working with budgets and financial tracking systems is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt (salary) position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience. Concordia University benefit options include, but are not limited to the following:
