Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team and contribute to the success of Kerioth Corporation along with our affiliated real estate developments, hotels, and restaurants. Your primary focus will be supporting marketing efforts for The Township at Colony Park, one of Mississippi's premier mixed-use developments.
This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Marketing to develop innovative campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and meet business objectives. The perfect candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional experienced in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage a social media calendar that aligns with the goals of Kerioth's diverse portfolio.
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and audience interaction.
- Design compelling email marketing campaigns to promote our properties, events, and special promotions.
- Maintain and refresh website content, ensuring information is current and captivating.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights on campaign effectiveness and improvement areas.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, rack cards, and other digital or print assets.
- Support the commercial real estate brokerage by creating graphics, e-blasts, sales collateral, layouts, maps, and various marketing materials.
Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting events across Kerioth properties and restaurants, such as grand openings, seasonal events, festivals, and tenant-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, collaborating to showcase their offerings through social media, promotional efforts, and event partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or event planning.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics, and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills, proving the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
