Cornelis Networks is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to help drive innovation and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will be responsible for messaging, positioning and creating associated assets that clearly communicate the value proposition for Cornelis' suite of products, working alongside a team of industry experts to shape the future of high-performance networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Positioning:

Create product collateral, presentations, and value propositions for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with the Product Solutions and Engineering teams to stay updated on product development, ensuring accurate and strategic marketing positioning Work closely with sales teams to drive customer adoption and design-win and revenue growth Customer Engagement & Market Research

Understand customer needs & technology trends to shape product requirements. Perform SAM/TAM analysis to identify market growth opportunities. Competitive Analysis & GTM Strategy

Analyze networking technologies (InfiniBand, Ethernet, Omni-Path). Develop SWOT-based positioning and differentiation strategies. Sales Enablement & Content Creation

Build presentations, whitepapers, and sales collateral. Train sales teams on how to articulate Cornelis' value proposition. Driving Product Success from Design Win to Production

Collaborate with factory and field teams to ensure smooth ramp-up of new designs into full production. Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Background

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Experience in networking, CPUs, GPUs, or storage markets. Marketing & Sales Enablement Experience

Proven ability to create marketing assets, presentations, and competitive positioning strategies. Customer & Market Facing Role

Experience engaging directly with customers & partners (preferred). Ability to present to executives and technical stakeholders. Industry Knowledge & Competitive Awareness

10+ years of experience in data center marketing for compute, networking or storage solutions Understanding of HPC interconnects (InfiniBand, RoCE, Omni-Path, Ethernet). Ability to analyze trends & competitors in the networking & semiconductor industry.

Location: This role fully supports remote work for employees residing within the United States, with the flexibility to travel to our Chesterbrook Corporate Center located in Wayne, PA occasionally for in-person collaboration

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.
