SUMMARY
CapriCommunities seeks a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to develop marketingmaterials that enhance both our resident experience and public-facing brandpresence. This role focuses on designing marketing collateral for public eventsand resident templates, while also providing creative support for social mediaand web platforms.
The GraphicDesigner plays a key role in maintaining Capri's brand identity and messagingwhile managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the Creative Director.
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES
External Marketing Requests:
Designcollateral for public-facing events, including flyers, landing page graphics,social media graphics, invitations, TV slides, and signage.
Canva Template Creation:
Develop easy-to-use flyer templates for internal teams to promote enjoy lifeevents for residents.
Social Media Creative Support : Work alongside our Social Media & Design Specialist to create engaginggraphics and campaign materials for digital platforms.
Miscellaneous Design Tasks:
Assistwith blog graphic creation, award certificate design, PowerPoint templateupdates, large event creative support, and photo file organization.
Project Management and Creative Process:
Collaboratewith team members to brainstorm and refine creative concepts Implementfeedback and revisions effectively Managedeadlines, ensuring ample time for internal review and approvals Multitaskefficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Prepareartwork for print and digital formats (CMYK/RGB, bleeds, file exports) Organizeand save files appropriately within the internal server Brand Management:
MaintainCapri's brand standards and guidelines, ensuring all marketing materialssupport the company's mission and visual identity.
Print Production Coordination : Assist with internal print requests for materials such as invitations,postcards and other large event needs.
Communication & Collaboration:
Workclosely with the Creative & Marketing teams to assess design needs anddeliver high-quality creative solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Seekinga skilled designer with proven proficiency in graphic design-able to executehigh-quality work independently Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required Familiaritywith Canva is ideal but can be trained Strongunderstanding of design principles, branding, and typography Experiencein print production (pre-press, file formatting, color management) andpreparing designs for both digital and print Abilityto manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions Excellentattention to detail, organization, and time management Acollaborative, team-player mentality with a passion for design
