Job Overview


The Creative & Executive Administrator to the CEO is a multifaceted role combining high-level executive support with creative content development and brand management. This individual will be the CEO’s trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal responsibilities while also managing digital presence, podcast coordination, and creative projects.


This is an in-person position requiring exceptional organizational skills, creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.


Key Responsibilities


Executive & Personal Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, prioritizing emails, calls, and meeting requests.
  • Oversee and maintain the CEO’s professional and personal calendars, ensuring scheduling efficiency.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Assist in managing household operations, scheduling vendors, and overseeing personal appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate personal and professional events, including family gatherings and social engagements.

Creative & Brand Strategy

  • Manage the CEO’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist with podcast production, including coordination, scheduling, and content planning.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement personal and business branding strategies.
  • Research trends, tools, and best practices to optimize brand and operational efficiency.
  • Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and marketing materials that align with the CEO’s vision.

Operational & Strategic Leadership

  • Support internal business operations and cross-departmental collaboration to drive efficiency.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and organizational systems to streamline processes.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a creative, executive assistant, or strategic operations role.
  • Strong creative skills with experience in social media, branding, or content management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in podcast management or digital content creation.
  • Background in marketing, social media, or branding strategy.
  • Event planning and hospitality management experience.
