Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan.
You’ll work at the center of a marketing team and in cooperation with Sales in order to create leads, identify and take advantage of opportunities; developing messaging and related tactics as needed. You should have a firm grasp of traditional and modern marketing methods and best practices – and have a mindset of constant learning and innovation.
Essential job functions include:
· Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns designed to optimize lead generation.
· Organize and execute the creation of marketing materials/sales support materials that augment the efforts of the Sales team.
· Create and implement content for the company website.
· Execute the company’s social media program and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
· Initiate and collaborate on content generation – copy, video content, etc,
· Execution, follow-up on e-mail campaigns.
· Develop means of campaign tracking. Analyze and report upon campaigns.
· Assist with creation and execution of press releases and public relations campaigns.
· Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize trade show investments, including preshow planning and follow up activities
· Create a variety of presentations and reports on an ongoing and as needed basis.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete projects independently
· Must have the ability to multi-task and handle simultaneous projects
· Must be a quick learner
· Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills; written and verbal
· Strong computer skills; including Google Suite
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment and create positive personal relationships
