- NCCA Accredited Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification (First Aid is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of functional training, HIIT, and heart rate-based workouts
- Excellent public speaking and communication skillsyou can command a room and keep the energy high!
- The ability to physically demo exercises, move heavy weights (50+ lbs), and stay actively engaged for the entire session.
- Love connecting with people in and out of the gym (social media, events, networking).
- Have experience helping clients progress and reach their fitness goals.
