Position Description: Downtown Bellevue Multifamily Apartment Community looking for an experienced candidate to be a part of our team. Please note that weekend shifts are a standard part of this position, as we aim to provide exceptional service during peak times.We are seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Assists Manager in all day to day operations of the community, particularly leasing and reviewing market data and trends; updating marketing materials and 3rd party websites.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leasing capabilities, apartment experience of 1+ years is preferred, computer skills, familiarity with YARDI and 3rd party websites a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and flexible schedule, ability to manage priorities and work as a team to accomplish property and company goals.
