The Role
Gorilla Commerce is seeking a highly motivated, growth minded, and organized self-starter to join our team as Creative Marketing Coordinator. In this role you work closely with graphic designers, marketing, and advertising teams to help bring our products to life across multiple sales channels while optimizing and ensuring best-in-class e-commerce practices (product listings, brand pages, digital content, etc.)
In this exciting and fast paced role, the ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and passionate about creative marketing and product storytelling. The Creative Marketing Coordinator will support the Manager, Creative Marketing by researching, developing, and organizing creative assets that help optimize product listings and boost conversion. They will support the production assistant needs of photo shoots and content creation as needed. They will liase between teams to facilitate requests and updates. This role will also support the execution of social media/marketing campaigns across multiple sales channels.

What You’ll Do
- Support the creative team in developing, uploading and maintaining innovative product listing materials including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Craft product listing copy that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our end consumer.
- Ensure color accuracy and guideline adherence across all product listings.
- Maintain brand’s visual identity and ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and cross functional teams to develop creative assets.
- Assist in the optimization of product detail pages to ensure accuracy and consistency across US and international sales channels.
- Use existing marketing and creative technology, tools, and processes to execute day to day creative, content and production projects.
- Partner with Creative Manager on development and execution of social media and advertising content across multiple platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple sales channels both domestic and international.
- Manage workflow across multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met.
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of creative marketing processes and writing creative briefs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, ecommerce or Digital Production
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or role as marketing coordinator/project manager in a creative agency, in- house or production environment
- Proven project management ability
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box. Eye for color/design composition
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, acts with urgency
- Experience with Social Platforms, Amazon Seller Central, Figma, Klaviyo, and/or Shopify a plus
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
- Role is hybrid and requires min. 2 days a week in Westport Office
