Design Assistant Job at Daze Denim in Los Angeles

The assistant designer will join a team of passionate and creative individuals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, efficient self-starter that enjoys and works well with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating sketches, CAD’s, Tech Packs, construction details pages
• Create and keep visual line sheets (W.I.P) and design boards accurate and up to date based off fittings and design meetings
• Attend all fittings and keep detailed notes for design updates
• Assist in all meeting preparations, connect with team members retrieving and organizing samples for meetings 
• Help maintain sample, technique, strike off’s organization for design
• Organize design samples for all photo sessions, on-set for photo shoots, steaming wardrobe for photo shoots, organizing samples for photo shoots
• Be knowledgeable and aware of all product deliveries, maintaining visual w.i.p report with all updates as well as sample rack for alignment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, MS-Excel, Goggle Docs, Keynote
• Proficient with PLM 
• A.I knowledge is a plus
