Sing Sing Sign is a retail print shop specializing in high-quality large format printing services. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with customer service experience to join our team. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and enjoy working with customers in a retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and prepare graphic files for large format printing (banners, signs, posters, etc.)
-Assist customers with design inquiries, provide guidance, and bring their creative ideas to life
-Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
-Ensure designs meet production specifications and quality standards
-Handle retail sales and recommend print products to customers
-Manage multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
-Knowledge of various printing mediums and large format print production
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
-Retail or sales experience is a plus
-Spanish speaking preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
-Starting pay at $17 per hour
-Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts
-Weekdays only – no weekends
-After a 1-2 month probation period, bonus commissions will be applied
