• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Property Soar’s brand and services.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing projects, ensuring they align with company goals.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content (excluding social media).
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to ensure strategies are effective and within budget.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences for campaigns.
• Manage marketing events and promotional activities.
