Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our social strategy across all platforms. This role requires a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker who excels at crafting engaging content, building online communities, and coordinating with PR agencies, influencers, and UGC creators. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all organic social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content-driven strategy for all organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) tailored to each platform, with a focus on driving community engagement and growth.
  • Manage the daily posting schedule, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach across all channels.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the PR agency to align messaging, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, ensuring consistent communication, content alignment, and campaign success.
  • Source, curate, and manage user-generated content (UGC) to enhance community involvement and brand authenticity.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to optimize performance.
  • Engage directly with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user tags in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analyze performance data and key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) to inform strategy and optimize content.
  • Develop reports and insights for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, influencer, and PR teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing organic social media channels, preferably for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing influencer partnerships and UGC strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience working with PR agencies and cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail.
