This is a fully remote position for LATAM.
We are a full-service Search Engine Optimization (SEO) company based in San Diego, California, and looking to fulfill a position on our organic search team.
A day in the life:
The SEO Specialist will be responsible to help analyze various sites for improving SEO through optimizing current pages or creating new ones.
Will report directly to the SEO Director for strategy and the Head of Content for task management.
Responsible for using such tools as SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace to create detailed Content Briefs for the writers to follow.
Outline creation will contain recommended meta tags, keywords, internal links, and a detailed content outline.
Use AI tools to create a base layer of content that our content team will be able to build upon.
May assist the SEO Director with additional SEO efforts such as reporting, data analysis, and keyword strategy.
Responsibilities:
Deliver all Content Briefs on time while also adhering to 100% completion of the company processes each week (G-Suite, emails, Gchats, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices while also following instructions from the head of our SEO team.
Execute deliverables with high accuracy (little to no errors).
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
Utilize and leverage Google Workspace as it relates to your department.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
Familiarity and proficiency in data analysis and data visualization utilizing tools such as SEMRush, ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog.
Foundational understanding of organic search elements such as on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, along with SEO Content alignment to business goals and priorities.
Excellent keyword research skills, as well as the ability to perform competitive content analysis.
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills for completion of tasks.
Proactive problem-solving ability, demonstrating a cooperative and strategic thinking mindset.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills to communicate insights and recommended actions effectively.

Completing deliverables in a timely manner.
Improving keyword rankings for clients.
Earning new keyword rankings for clients.
