Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Location: Boise, ID 83707 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months (Contract)
The Creative Project Manager oversees and guides creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This role involves coordinating with team members, tracking project progress, and providing creative direction when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans and creative briefs.
  2. Coordinate with clients to understand and document project objectives and requirements.
  3. Manage project schedules and asset reviews, while ensuring deadlines are met.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders to ensure team actions remain aligned.
  5. Adjust schedules and targets as project needs change.
  6. Communicate key milestones and the project plan internally and with the requestor.
  7. Produce reports for plan owners and management, such as traffic reports and time sheets.
  8. Manage creative deliverable reviews and ensure adherence to the critical path.
  9. Mitigate issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a creative production environment.
  2. Knowledge of creative production processes and workflow.
  3. Ability to provide time estimates for production work.
  4. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage expectations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Workfront).
  7. Project management certification (preferred).
Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
