Job Details
We're in need of a Mechanical HVAC Designer in the greater Orlando areaa.
The
ideal candidate will have AutoCAD & REVIT experience and is familiar with Mechanical Systems for commercial buildings. A general knowledge of building construction regarding architectural and structural systems is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with designers and engineers to create construction documents using AutoCAD. Read, understand, and draft design instructions provided by the engineering team. Revise and modify existing projects based on new information or permit comments. Learn and fine tune drafting skills based on the JLC CAD standards. Work with a positive attitude and open mind. Maintain safe and clean working area. Other duties as assigned.
Primary Qualifications:
3+ years Mechanical Engineer/Design experience
AutoCAD & REVIT Experience is a MUST Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings. Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule, meet deadline and work under pressure. Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently or in small groups.
