About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge Audio Visual (AV) solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales and manage key client relationships within the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). This is a remote role; however, candidates must be based in the region to effectively support enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in AV solutions, collaboration technologies, and enterprise sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's footprint by developing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, engage, and grow enterprise-level AV accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent post-sales support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and support) to design and deliver tailored AV solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience within the Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or IT industry.

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of AV technology, collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex), and digital signage solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while actively engaging with clients in the Tri-State Area.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in corporate, education, healthcare, or government sectors is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field preferred.
