Position Summary

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Creative Director Assistant to enhance our creative endeavors. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Creative Director to elevate our brand presence through diverse marketing channels, including social media and other creative projects. Your creativity and initiative will play a vital role in how we connect with our community and share our story.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management:
    Collaborate in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
    Facilitate community interaction by responding to comments and messages.
    Generate creative concepts for reels, stories, and posts that highlight our offerings and behind-the-scenes moments.
  2. Marketing Support:
    Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
    Help formulate marketing strategies to promote events and seasonal specials.
  3. Graphic Design:
    Design visually compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency.
  4. Content Creation:
    Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos that showcase our products and events.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    Organize calendars for content planning and manage deadlines effectively.
    Maintain project files and assets for streamlined workflows.
  6. Brand Engagement:
    Stay informed about industry trends and social media best practices.
    Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for customer engagement and storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing or assisting with social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and website platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Shopify).
  • Basic graphic design experience, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong skills in photography and videography, including editing capabilities, are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
