Are you passionate about interior design and ready to turn creativity into a rewarding career? Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets is looking for a Detail-Oriented Design Assistant eager to master the craft of high-end custom cabinetry and organizational design.

This unique opportunity offers a guaranteed salary — a rare advantage in a traditionally commission-based industry — while you train under two highly experienced Senior Designers (20+ years each in the field). You'll gain hands-on experience, refine your eye for detail, and learn the art of creating functional, stunning spaces that bring clients' visions to life. As you grow, you'll build the expertise to transition into a high-earning Designer role with unlimited earning potential.

Your Role as a Design Assistant

1. Conduct site measurements and attend in-home consultations
2. Participate in design review and sales meetings
3. Prepare and submit proposals, change orders, and RFQs
4. Learn CAD & rendering software for Closet & Cabinet Design

Skills & Experience

1. 2+ years in a relationship-driven sales role
2. 2+ years in a customer-facing position
3. Strong computer proficiency required
4. Experience in home improvement or interior design is a plus
