What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Build and maintain strong media/influencer relationships to generate coverage for clients
  2. Develop and manage PR campaigns and plans, including creative strategies and thought leadership topics
  3. Create and edit various written materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions
  4. Participate in new business processes, including research and pitching to potential clients
  5. Mentor junior staff and support team collaboration while maintaining a professional attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 3-5 years of experience in an agency or startup environment, particularly in tech PR
  2. Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution
  3. Strong writing skills and experience with various forms of communications
  4. Ability to identify and track competitors for strategic insights
  5. Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Established relationships with key media contacts across business and industry
  2. Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
  3. Familiarity with networking events and proactive participation in industry-related activities
  4. Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently without constant supervision
