We are looking for a Sr. Business Ops & Sustainability Manager to be part of the Studio Operations & Strategy team. The team manages the studio’s goals, key programs, and operations strategies to scale and build studio capabilities that support our global production operations. This role will help define and track the studio’s annual goals and manage our sustainability R&D program.
Key job responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and goals.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to save time and resources across the studio.
- Manage sustainability investments into nascent technologies to meet Amazon’s Climate Pledge.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience at an investment bank, private equity, management consulting, and/or a media/entertainment/tech company.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with owners to define key business/operations questions and develop quick solutions.
- Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Masters
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into actionable insights
- Significant experience using data to drive decision-making
