As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience across the entire PactFi application. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy using great design and innovative thinking to solve complex workflow challenges across multiple counterparties.
The designer will work closely with the product managers to translate domain-specific user needs into finished products. Over time, the designer will incorporate customer feedback to streamline and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities for Senior Product Designer
- Understand, map and analyze user roles and workflows within the application ecosystem.
- Work with business, clients, and engineering to develop business and technical requirements and incorporate them into product design.
- Plan and implement innovative designs across web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain demo and/or wireframe prototypes for new products/ideas/business development.
- Test, evaluate, and optimize for intuitiveness and experience on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- 3 years + experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications for B2B software applications.
- Experience in Figma or another widely used wireframing/prototyping tool.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Detail-oriented.
- Critical thinker/problem solver and customer-centered.
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
- Experience with HTML5 & CSS3.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

- Background in graphic design.
- Experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing.
- Experience in financial services.
- Experience in B2B software/enterprise end clients.
