Description:
Our client is looking for a .NET Web Developer. The role will play an integral role on self-directed work teams in support of high priority development projects.
Tasks:
- Provide applications development and support for various UI-related applications, with a primary focus on the SUITES, Benefits Claimant Portal, Worker Portal, and UIBNet applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
Skills Required:
- 8 years - Experience with VB.NET
- 8 years - Experience with Oracle PL-SQL
- 5 years - Experience with object-oriented design
- 8 years - Experience with Web and client-server application development, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation and support.
- 5 years - MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 5 years - Experience/understanding of project management methodologies and experience with 'Agile'
- 8 years - Experience with Oracle
- 5 years - Experience with Oracle SQL tuning
- 5 years - Experience with MS Team Foundation Server
- 5 years - Experience with Documenting Requirements
- 5 years - Experience with Execution and Documentation of Regression, System & User Acceptance Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Results for a large Mainframe System
- 5 years - Experience as a developer in a large, very complex organization
- 5 years - Experience with Requirements Analysis/Gathering
- Experience with MVC/MVVM
- Experience with Visual Studio NET
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of State of Wisconsin Unemployment Insurance Systems
- Experience with C#.NET
- Familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards
- Experience providing services for government, insurance, accounting, or case management systems
