We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Administrator - Senior to work on-site at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ.

This position will primarily be responsible for managing and deploying the content of our web applications. The role will provide technical guidance and support in the areas of applications architecture, systems integration, and Internet/Intranet deployment for various Java and/or .NET applications. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy code and database changes to the test and production environments.
  • Support IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks.
  • Support team members through code deployments and troubleshooting issues related to code and database deployments.
  • Monitor and maintain web application environment stability.
  • Develop, configure and maintain documentation to include security checklists and deployment processes.
  • Perform routine backups of code and data repositories.
  • Support functional testing of Portal and SharePoint web sites and provide detailed feedback to the developers.
  • ITSM Ticket Triage, monitor the team's trouble tickets to ensure issues are received and completed in a timely manner meeting Service Level Targets.
  • Document technical troubleshooting efforts in ticketing system and Knowledge Management Systems.
  • Resolve and escalate Incidents / tickets in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Serve in the team's on-call rotation.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • CompTIA Security+ CE certification (or equivalent IAT II) required at start date.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (interim required prior to start).
  • HS + 2 yrs similar experience.
  • Ability to acquire one of the following technical certifications within 180 days of hire:
    • CIW JavaScript Specialist
    • CIW Database Design Specialist
    • CIW Perl Specialist
    • CIW Web Development Professional
    • CIW Site Development Associate
    • MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Configuration (or higher level)
    • MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Application Developer (or higher level)
  • Perform on-call and after duty hours as needed.

Skills/Applications:

  • Experience in web infrastructure design and operations.
  • Possess high aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be a strong team player but also able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with our military, civilian, and contractor customers.
  • Knowledge in any of the following is a plus: Tomcat application server, Tortoise SVN, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
