Hawaii Business Magazine is hiring: Technical Growth Marketer in Honolulu

Hawaii Business Magazine seeks a Technical Growth Marketer. You will produce HTML/CSS newsletters, manage social media, and produce digital metrics. This is a fast-paced, high-demand position that is currently part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. This is a hybrid role that requires in-office attendance a few times per month.

Responsibilities include:

Email newsletter production

• Develop and code daily HTML/CSS newsletters
• Conduct QA testing and troubleshooting across different email clients (including MSO).
• Work with conditional codes, handlebars, and other dynamic syntax.
• Coordinate with sales and editorial teams on deadlines.

Social Media Management

• Oversee the content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Handle scheduling, posting, and content strategy.
• Cover real-time social media at events and capture footage for stories, posts, and future visuals.

Data Reporting & Analysis

• Track and interpret metrics across our digital channels.
• Prepare and present performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on data.
