Position Summary:The Director/Senior Director, Client Content and Design will lead the Client Content Team, overseeing the creation, curation, and design of centralized content for client materials. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all client-facing materials are of the highest quality, visually appealing, and compliant with firm standards. The Director/Senior Director will work closely with various teams, including Investment Strategy, Marketing, Compliance, and IT, to ensure the seamless integration of content and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Client Content Team, including the Associate/Analyst roles focused on content design and data/technology.
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for client materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Interface with the Investment Strategy Office to determine relevant content themes and topics.
- Oversee the creation and curation of centralized content, ensuring it is relevant, client-ready, and of the highest quality.
- Implement and optimize content automation tools to streamline the content creation process.
- Collaborate with IT, Investment Teams, Research, Marketing, and Compliance to gather requirements and feedback for content design and data integration.
- Ensure the accuracy and technical integrity of client materials by conducting regular audits and reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in content design, UX, and data management, incorporating best practices into the firm's strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on design standards, content automation tools, and data management practices.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a centralized content library, ensuring the availability of best-in-class intellectual capital.
- Report on the team's progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in content design, data management, or a related role, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and content automation tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and data management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
