Our team is dedicated to helping our clients drive their brands forward with strategic and creative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to maintain a high level of accountability for our client base. You will play a critical role in supporting the account management team in the execution of advertising campaigns for our clients.

A strong candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and requests at a time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A get-it-done attitude, an eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

What you will do…

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow.

Account Management:

  • Builds weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting decks for in-person/virtual client meetings
  • Actively assists in the development of integrated campaign plans and creative from initial development through production/execution in broadcast, digital, social, mobile, print, OOH, collateral, and event marketing
  • Gather and analyze data to measure campaign performance and generate insights for optimization.
  • Develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients, agency partners, and internal teams
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses for client projects.
  • Ensure all billing and invoicing are accurate and processed promptly

 

Who you will be…

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an account coordination role, preferably within an advertising agency
  • Culturally plugged in; nimble, inspired, and scrappy gatherer of information
  • Crisp thinker and communicator – verbally, visually, and in writing
  • Proactive, curious, self-motivated
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strength of conviction for your thinking, well balanced by an open ear and mind
  • Familiar with advertising and marketing concepts, particularly within the automotive industry, is a plus.
  • Experience with digital advertising & social media platforms is a plus (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
