We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented Video Session Coordinator to join our creative team. In this role, youll work closely with our Client Success Manager and Videographer to capture compelling video content and drive creative storytelling for a diverse range of clients. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Session Planning
- Collaborative Development: Partner with the Client Success Manager to design video filming session outlines that align with each clients goals.
- Strategic Preparation: Research and understand each clients business to ensure you can ask informed, intelligent questions that resonate with their industry.
- Purposeful Questioning: Create tailored, strategic questionnaires for interviewseach question should guide the conversation and lead to meaningful insights rather than simply being read from a paper.
- On-the-Fly Adaptation: Adjust and refine your questions during sessions to capture authentic and engaging stories as the conversation unfolds.
Collaboration & Communication
- Session Leadership: Take charge of the filming session with confidence, ensuring the process is smooth and every key moment is captured.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the videographer to maintain a seamless flow during filming, ensuring technical and creative elements align.
- Client Engagement: Foster a positive, professional, and dynamic atmosphere during interviews, making clients feel comfortable while driving impactful conversations.
