During this internship, the intern will be assigned the following tasks/projects: Assist with formalizing & documenting processes and department support procedures. Research industry standards and compare to our current procedures for support. Assist in formalizing & documenting the process for employee engagement in department procedures. How can our employees feel more involved in giving feedback and development ideas for department support procedures? Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for writing Knowledge Articles within OneCRM: Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for on-boarding and continued learning for department employees. Assist with research of special projects such as an additional extended warranty program for our customers. Additional duties to be assigned as needed Internship Goals:
Technical Writing Process Design Process Writing Marketing Programs for increasing sales
Internship Requirements:
Academic Year: Junior or Senior
Area of Study: English, Journalism, Marketing
Preferred GPA: 2.0+
Software Experience: Microsoft Office, SAP, Web Design

Work Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $20/hour
