Zennith People is looking for a Fitness Studio manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STAFF MANAGEMENT

● Organize and maintain front-desk schedules, including sub-requests

● Recruit, onboard, and oversee training/education for new hires

● Provide hands-on support to Studio Coordinators and front-desk associates as needed

● Oversee attendance tracking, inventory management, payment information maintenance, and updates to studio announcement boards

● Mentor Studio Coordinators and equip them to lead front-desk teams effectively

● Participate in regular team meetings to align on goals and strategies

 

STUDIO MANAGEMENT

● Drive studio membership, retail, and overall sales by building strong customer relationships across all ON7 Studio locations

● Develop and analyze sales reports; work collaboratively to set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

● Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

● Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service with vendors when necessary

● Confirm studio supplies and merchandise are consistently stocked, organized, and visually appealing

● Ensure all studio signage is current and accurate

● Oversee billing-related tasks, including auto-pays, invoices, and payment plan management

● Create and update pricing options within Mindbody

 

SALES & REVENUE GROWTH

● Identify and implement strategies to increase memberships, class packages, and retail sales

● Proactively offer upsell opportunities to new and existing clients, emphasizing membership upgrades, add-ons, and special promotions

● Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and track performance metrics

 

CLIENT RELATIONS

● Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

● Monitor and manage outreach emails to address client needs promptly

● Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving client inquiries and concerns; escalate when necessary

● Train staff to confidently interact with clients, equipping them with the knowledge and resources to offer an exceptional experience

 

MARKETING SUPPORT

● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure daily social media updates, important announcements, and timely event promotions are executed

● Work closely with the marketing team to gather photos, videos, and other media for brand-building and promotional content

● Provide relevant information and input for targeted email campaigns, seasonal promotions, and studio-wide initiatives

● Coordinate in-studio signage with the marketing team to ensure accuracy and alignment with current events and promotions

● Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging for website, app, push notifications, and other digital platforms

 

REQUIREMENTS

At least one year of experience in a studio management or leadership position

Proficient in communicating fluently in both English and Chinese.

● Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-focused environment

● Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele

● Passion for fitness and a genuine commitment to client well-being

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work

● Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

● Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

● Cooperative team player, dedicated to fostering a positive and cohesive work culture

● Openness to travel between different ON7 Studio locations if required

 

 

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to adjust schedules and stay later during peak times is essential.

 

 

 

 

FULL-TIME: 40+ hours per week
