We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer and Content Creator to help us produce fresh and engaging video content for a variety of channels. The Videographer will work closely with our marketing and product teams to further develop our brand and deliver beautiful content that helps educators, parents, and the world connect with MarcoPolo Learning.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer and Content Creator to help us produce fresh and engaging video content for a variety of channels. The Videographer will work closely with our marketing and product teams to further develop our brand and deliver beautiful content that helps educators, parents, and the world connect with MarcoPolo Learning.
What You'll Do:
- Capture and produce high-quality video content that aligns with MarcoPolo Learning's brand and storytelling vision.
- Interpret and execute shot lists, creative briefs, and mood boards to bring ideas to life.
- Direct and film on-set, ensuring seamless execution while working with children to capture authentic performances.
- Use expertise in lighting, composition, and movement to create visually engaging content.
- Edit video footage, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics, ensuring final products meet platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align video content with brand messaging.
- Manage and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound tools.
- Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control, adherence to deadlines, and project budgets.
- Work closely with the Line Producer for pre-production and post-production coordination.
- Explore new and innovative approaches to storytelling, contributing creative ideas to enhance MarcoPolo's video content.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of professional experience in creative video production (in-house or agency).
- Strong technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, and cinematography techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience in motion graphics, visual effects, or animation is a plus.
- Previous experience working with children and creating engaging, age-appropriate content is highly preferred.
- Ability to balance creativity with project management, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen understanding of narrative arcs and brand messaging.
- Passion for children's media and educational content.
- Ability to work closely with a Line Producer to coordinate pre-production and post-production tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and on-set personnel.
