    Primary Responsibilities

    The Sr. Digital Graphic Designer will assist the Graphic Design Manager with the KeHE digital publications, creative projects, and guard the KeHE brand to ensure consistency. This includes working on the different digital publications within KeHE, assisting the communications team with social media content, and assisting the event marketing team with show signage. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect all actions to be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

    Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manage KeHE Digital publications to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. This includes managing digital ads, tracking down missing ads, loading ads on schedule, communicating with supplier partners, and providing proof of purchase.
    • Oversee the implementation of digital advertising components into the KeHE CONNECT Retailer Platform.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create graphics for KeHE's social media platforms, including loading on Meltwater and/or distribution to KeHE Marketing team members.
    • Create supplier advertising assets for (digital) advertising.
    • Assist in producing KeHE trade show directional and signage, including proofing and preparing press-ready artwork.
    • Uphold and guard the KeHE brand by ensuring all departments adhere to branding guidelines and provide training as needed to maintain consistency.
    • Manage design projects such as KeHE graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and other visual communication forms.
    • Provide photography and photo editing support to the Marketing team, ensuring high-quality images are captured at corporate events. Prior experience in photography is essential, and proficiency in video editing is highly desirable.
    • Develop promotional and event-related assets to support the KeHE Digital Marketing Platform.
    • Design and create promotional materials to assist the Sales team in achieving vertical growth.
    • Support the Creative Director and Marketing team with tasks and projects as needed.
    • Propose new ideas to improve design quality and address project challenges.
    • Assist with Excel and Word formatting projects for the Marketing team.
    • Provide strategic input to incorporate the organization's strategic plan into marketing and graphic design efforts.
    • Other assignments as requested.


    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 5-8 years of related experience (updated requirement).
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints while maintaining attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
    • Willingness to travel domestically for KeHE Events throughout the U.S. (approximately 2 to 3 trips per year).
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or non-standard hours.
    • Strong listening and initiative-taking skills, with a demonstrated history of sound decision-making and integrity.
