Job Summary The Experienced Analyst, Literature Operations is responsible for team, customer and vendor relationship management and project/process execution across a broad range of stakeholders who rely on the GMS Literature Surveillance Group for the scheduled weekly global pharmacovigilance literature search. They will be responsible for creating, tracking, and resolving business-side issues for the Company Global Literature System as well as support in analyzing data from the system for performance against metrics. They will drive execution of both short- and long-term team literature service goals by interacting with internal and external partners to meet customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. They will work directly with Literature SMEs to establish team performance targets and support the maintenance of literature system metrics for compliance. They will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will liaise with Literature SMEs to meet customer expectations. Duties and Responsibilities · As the first point of contact for LSG: triage, track, action, and disposition communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cross-functional business needs are timely and compliantly met. · Timely respond to aggregate report Call-For-Information (CFI) requests and maintain CFI literature reporting calendar. · Maintain a clear and coherent archive of secondary systems data (SharePoint, Outlook, Wrike, others), and produce data and analyses from these systems as required by LSG. · Support Enterprise Retention Schedule and Legal Holds archiving for LSG. · Produce scheduled and ad hoc metrics to support optimized performance of LSG personnel and systems. · Take accountability for reporting, tracking and resolution of Company Global Literature System support tickets. · Resolve issues with orders for full text literature articles and translations. · Support the Head of Literature with special projects as needed Qualifications: · Completed at least Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in pharmacovigilance. · Hands-on experience with pharmacovigilance literature systems (LifeSphere Literature Intelligence) and processes is strongly preferred. · Adapts easily to new learning situations, is accountable and works with moderate supervision. · Detail oriented, goal-driven, and proactive in finding, understanding, and meeting stakeholder needs. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook. · Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multi-tasking. · Good problem solving, and excellent communication skills. · Ability to learn modern technologies as needed to continue performing said responsibilities. · Effective time management and flexibility to handle rapidly changing priorities. · Experience handling team, customer and vendor relationship management and project/process execution A pre-identified candidate is being considered for this role.
