What You'll Do (And Why It’s Exciting!)
As our Digital Growth Marketer, you’ll take full ownership of our marketing efforts, driving brand authority and lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, video content, live events, and AI-driven campaigns.
✔ Own Multi-Channel Marketing: Create and execute campaigns that attract CEOs, Vistage Chairs, and business leaders to Kiingo AI’s bootcamps, consulting, and training.
✔ Lead Generation with a Personal Touch: Build personalized outreach campaigns (no spammy mass emails) that focus on authentic conversations and strategic networking.
✔ Run Engaging Events & Content: Manage and promote webinars, AMAs, video newsletters, and live events that position Kiingo AI as the go-to resource for AI adoption.
✔ Innovate with Interactive Content: Work with our tech team to launch mini-tools, AI-based lead magnets, and interactive content that drive engagement.
✔ Analyze, Optimize, and Scale: Track performance metrics, refine strategies, and build a predictable marketing engine that converts leads into long-term relationships.

What Success Looks Like
30 Days: You’ve learned our offerings, built your first campaign, and developed a 30/60/90-day marketing plan.
60 Days: You’ve launched multiple campaigns, led your first event/webinar, and created a high-value lead magnet with our team.
90 Days: You’ve built a steady pipeline of engaged leads, refined marketing strategies, and helped define Kiingo AI’s brand presence in the AI space.
6+ Months: You’ve built a repeatable, scalable marketing system that drives consistent engagement, conversion, and brand authority.
Must-Have Experience
✔ 3+ years in B2B growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
✔ Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events)
✔ Comfortable with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
✔ Data-driven with experience in tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns
✔ Strong writing and on-camera communication skills (webinars, video updates)
✔ Tech-savvy—comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make)
Bonus Points for…
Startup experience – You get how to navigate a fast-moving, high-impact role.
Familiarity with peer advisory groups (Vistage, EO, YPO) or consultative sales cycles.
Experience with interactive content marketing (AI-based tools, calculators, GPTs).
