Primary Purpose of Job:
The Senior Creative Producer (SCP) oversees the development of creative film and photography projects for QT, and supervises asset creation for annual corporate presentations and Marketing campaigns. This position brings creative visions to life through close collaboration with internal Leadership, Marketing and other project stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales, Operations, HR, and Security. The SCP develops timelines and budgets, and includes scouting, contractor selections and negotiations, assembling casts and crews, and ensuring pre-production and post-production processes run smoothly. This position protects the QT brand standards all studio projects, and holds all team members accountable to QT's Core Values. The SCP directs a team of contract professionals and an internal Associate Producer and manages the budget for the Photo Studio and Outside Creative/Video Production.
Major Functions:
Effectively manage direct-report employee (Associate Producer).
The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for in-store promotional videos, and all QuikTrip internal film and photography projects. Develop, maintain, and oversee creative project processes, including job setup, communication, finances, and resourcing. Manage annual Employee Meeting Presentation project with close collaboration with Executive Leadership, and annual Best of the Best Award Presentation for Corporate Operations. The SCP also manages confidential special projects as initiated by Leadership [60%]. This includes but is not limited to:

Required experience: 5+ years experience in a design-related field, with expertise in video production. Must have contacts in the industry to maintain contingencies and run projects efficiently.
Desired experience: 7+ years experience in a design-related field. Graphic Design and Fine Art background, and experience with Food Photography
Required skills: Ability to work independently, highly creative, detail oriented, organized, problem solving abilities, people oriented, self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Must have excellent communication skills, be proficient on a Mac operating system, and have a strong understanding of the QT Brand.
Desired skills: Video editing software, Adobe software and professional photography equipment knowledge
Additional criteria: Must be responsible for end results. Must be assertive and take the initiative. Must not require heavy supervision. Must be creative and a good communicator. Must be motivated and organized and keep projects moving.
Starting Salary: $74,700-$93,300

- Provide direction, training, and guidance to help them grow their skills and effectiveness
- Establish rapport with all direct-report employee(s) and be available for counseling
- Adhere to all QuikTrip policies and procedures concerning management practices (conducting performance appraisals, monthly one on ones, disciplinary action, termination, maintaining incident files, etc.)
- Ensure direct-report employees adhere to all QuikTrip policies and procedures, operating practices and/or mandated regulations and laws.
- Assure that all treatment of direct-report employee(s) is fair and consistent

- Set up meetings with Executive Leadership/stakeholders to understand project vision
- Develop project timeline and schedule
- Source, hire, schedule and direct contract Videographers, Photographers and Food Stylists
- Procure estimates and budget approvals
- Assist in set design and script writing
- Scout, hire, schedule and direct talent (models). Pay attention to details such as position, posture, stance, expression, grooming, clothing, and general appearance as it pertains to company policy and brand voice
- Source and reserve equipment and venues as needed
- Select sites and communicate with stores and Division Managers for on-location filming
- Coordinate schedules (including travel) for all teams for in-studio or on-location production needs
- Procure props, wardrobe, accessories as required
- Attend and direct all video shoots (travel required)
- Manage shot lists/call sheets
- Set up lighting, audio, and video equipment as needed
- Gather post-production requirements
- Ensure all agencies, cast, and crew adhere to all QuikTrip policies and procedures, operating practices, and brand guidelines
- Direct and pose models/actors/employees for desired outcome
- Supervise the progress from pre-production to post-production
- Review, edit and approve creative deliverables
- Obtain approvals from stakeholders
- Review entire presentations for accuracy, collaborate with Executive Leadership/stakeholders for any change requests
- Attend Shareholders meeting and provide guidance/assistance as needed
Studio Manager [35%]

- Identify and maintain relationships with Photographers, Videographers, and Food Stylists to support QT brand needs
- Oversee Photography projects managed by Associate Producer
- Provide project and task direction for Photographer, Food Stylist and Associate Producer
- Review and approve photos
- Create and maintain budgets for all studio operations, expenses and contractors
- Review and approve invoices and submit for Executive approval and payment
- Maintain photography and studio equipment
- Oversee studio operations and maintenance
Support within Marketing department [5%]

- Attend Marketing, corporate and agency meetings as needed
- Work closely with Creative Group Manager on trends, style requirements, and processes
- Provide weekly studio and schedule updates to Creative Group Manager for awareness and transparency
- Recommend vendors on various projects as needed
- Assist Marketing department personnel on special projects
- Assist Creative Group Manager with art and materials needs for media and other projects
- Assist Creative Group Manager with development of store design projects
- Assist in selection of photos for various other projects
