We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team at Atmus Filtration Technologies. Preferred location for this role is at the headquarters in Nashville TN in a hybrid work environment, but remote will be considered for the right candidate.

Utilize your skills, experiences and creative expertise to make an impact both regionally and globally. Joining the global marketing team, you will be responsible for using your creative and marketing skills to support the implementation and execution of marketing strategy for North America while working with multi-cultural and cross functional teams to successfully achieve and exceed business goals.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist you will have the opportunity to help us create and share the story of superior Filtration Science on both a regional and global scale.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the development of regional marketing strategy, media and promotional plans by preparing market research, pricing analyses, industry and regional trends and interpreting data for discussion with marketing leaders.
  • Works with leaders to develop marketing communication plans; prepares drafts of marketing
  • communications.
  • Manages relationships with external agencies and vendor partners in support of creative development and execution, media planning, etc.
  • Leads Tradeshow and events planning and execution regionally lead and support for global
  • Social media and website content development and creation
  • Budget management: planning for annual budgetary requests as they align with future marketing needs and supporting the ongoing management of allocated budget
  • Merchandise vendor management and ordering to support sales team promotional needs
  • Coordinates the publication of internal and external product sales literature, image advertising, and collateral materials. Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments.
  • Keeps business and product teams apprised of the status of marketing communications materials.
  • Leads project management support and communicates plans, deadlines, and achievements to
  • marketing leaders; works across regions with marketing teams to execute projects.
  • Understands the global brand strategy and aligns work and regional plans to support that strategy.
  • Documents and understands marketing and sales systems and processes; collects and interprets
  • customer satisfaction data; integrates Voice of the Customer into marketing plans.
  • Learns relevant channel to support activities.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities as the marketing function representative.
  • Coaches less experienced marketing specialists.
  • Supports and directs work of marketing coordinator(s) regionally


Qualifications

Qualifications and Competencies
  • Understands common marcom metrics (Ad impressions, Trade show measures, media impressions, surveys, click-through, conversion, time spent on page, bounce-back, etc) and interprets analytics data to improve performance.
  • Digital Publishing - Understands and can display proficiency using common digital publishing concepts and platforms (content management systems, websites, social media, digital signage, mobile apps, etc.)

  • Plans and aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Drives engagement - Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Translating Relevant Market Data - Collects and categorizes customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzes research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.
  • Channel Awareness - Explains and contextualizes industry structure, dynamics, and path to market in order to advance organizational goals.
  • Marketing Plan Management - Develops marketing mix recommendations to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives; guides and influences cross-functional implementation and creates framework to evaluate market responses and business performance.
  • Market Analysis - Researches information using meaningful and valid sources and data to expand your knowledge of markets; analyzes findings by connecting dots and identifying trends to create a coherent image of the market; summarizes relevant insights by condensing, prioritizing, and translating how these impact our business.

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Administration, or related subject required.
  • 3-5 years relevant on the job work experience required
  • Language capability: English

Base salary range: $99,825 to $110,916/ year

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
