Make data driven decision to align team priorities to support product lifecycle implementation. Lead a high performing team across multiple product categories, collaborating with senior management to provide leadership, mentorship, and ensuring team alignment to organizational objectives. Provide growth and development opportunities for members to enhance their skills and capabilities, resulting in high performing teams?Independently own organization wide initiatives, driving change and improvement within multiple product categories??Utilize in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to make strategic product recommendations, fostering team culture focused on customer solutions that support brand strategies, customer requirements, and regulations?Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting product strategies, performance metrics and portfolio optimization opportunities?Influence financial performance, targets, and budgets within product categories to support portfolio profitability and positively impact growth??Implement and encourage continuous improvement initiatives within product management, supporting a culture of risk taking and innovation??Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership and review work of assigned members. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend merit increases, promotions, transfers, corrective actions, and other personnel actions. Interview and recommend candidates for employment. Drive member engagement. Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. What You Have:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.At least 5 years of relevant experience is required; 7 years of experience preferred.
